<div>Registration is fully inclusive for four days and three nights at The Himalayan Institute in Hornsdale, PA (about a 3 hour, 45 minute drive from Philly). The weekend includes six extended practice sessions, three meals a day, and ample free time to hike, read, connect with friends, or simply relax!<br />-<br />During this retreat, we’ll explore the full range of asana together, moving through the sequences in a supportive, fun way as a community. Each of the retreat’s extended asana sessions will move towards challenging poses with reverence and expert instruction from Justicia, and a conversation shared among all. Expect strong practice and deep laughter.<br />-<br />Students are recommended to be able to push up to <em>urdhva dhanurasana</em> (full wheel) with straight arms, balance headstand in the middle of the room and be able to kick up to handstand at the wall unassisted. This retreat is not intended for anyone with active injuries or illness. If you don’t meet the prerequisites, but you know how to honor your boundaries, please come (for example, you need the wall for headstand). If you’re simply intimidated, please check in! This weekend will be accessible to all experienced yogis who know how to back off and play their edges with deep respect.<br />-<br />Pricing: $695 for shared accommodations (2 people per room, shared bath in hall). Single rooms, private baths available for an extra fee as space permits; ask early for availability! Because rooms are booked upon registration at the Himalayan Institute, tuition is non-refundable.
