Each class in this meditation series includes a 15 minute
lesson, 30 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes of seated meditation and 15
minutes of group discussion. You will learn the best yoga poses to
prepare for meditation, a customized meditation seat and breathing
tools. This series will also provide a variety of techniques
including mantra meditation, guided meditation, and contemplation
for creativity and self-improvement.
