<p>The Mason Yoga Sanctuary, a beautiful, spiritual space, is the perfect place to ease your mind and body through this 90 minute practice with gentle stretches, restorative yoga and meditation. This yoga practice will help enhance your physical and emotional wellness along with helping you unwind and reconnect with your body through your treatments and recovery.</p>
<p>You will move through poses at your comfort level only. You will learn poses you can do at home on your own.</p>
<p>A “plus one” is welcome to register and attend with you.</p>
