<p>Join us in welcoming Desiree and Andrew to our studio and our community. Their 30 plus years of experience includes teaching retreats, yoga classes and workshops in studios all over the world. This opportunity has given them the chance and the years to continually work with a very wide range of people. They both agree that seeing so many different bodies has broadened their knowledge of how people learn the connection between body and mind through yoga. <br clear="none" /><br clear="none" />Andrew is also an Executive Leadership Coach helping people learn the teachings of yoga and mindfulness in the corporate world, off the mat. He leads people to a deeper understanding of witness consciousness so they can begin to observe their thoughts, words and actions without judgment.<br clear="none" /><br clear="none" />In her long yoga career, Desiree has worked closely with Physical Therapists and weight trainers to heal her own body and keep her practice strong.
