<p><strong>VINYASA</strong> is a Sanskrit word for "uniting breath with movement". In this powerful class we will link static poses with fluid transitions together using a series of flows, much like a shortened Sun Salutation. These vinyasas are often done between poses, and between the right and left sides of the poses as well. We may practice arm balances and inversions, too! This class is suitable for students who have been attending classes regularly for six months to a year, depending on health and fitness levels. Class time is 45 minutes</p>
