<p>Introducing Pee Wee Boxing! Kids aged 5 to 10 years old will learn basic boxing skills and techniques through a variety of tailored classes. Boxing is good for everyone! It helps kids to:</p>
<p><br /> Build confidence<br /> Overcome challenges<br /> Be respectful<br /> Set and achieve goals</p>
<p><br />Our program will teach jab, cross, hook, stance, movement, and guard by using partner drills, shadow, boxing, pad work, and bag work.</p>
<p><br />Also aimed to improve overall health and fitness, Pee Wee Boxing includes a range of cardio, core, ,agility, and speed exercises. Challenging exercises in a safe, friendly environment encourages competition, endurance, and self-determination.<br />Our youth program will help build confidence, keep them physically fit, and provide them with self-defence skills. At this grass roots level, boxing will instil discipline, leadership skills, focus, and social development; friends will become family.</p>
<p><br />Boxing requires constant focus and can be physically and mentally challenging. This can help improve kids’ concentration in the classroom and sharpens problem-solving skills. Overcoming these challenges at training will build self-confidence and grant kids a valuable sense of achievement.</p>

<p>Grading:</p>
<p>Participants will build the capacity and confidence to undergo a grading process with in this program. This will allow us to asses there ability and give us the opportunity to positively reinforce their progress as they improve.</p>
