Flow 'n' Sculpt:
SCULPT YOUR ZEN. The yoga postures you know and love, enhanced with weights added for a fun cardio calorie burning and strength building class. Structured as a slower vinyasa class, you'll explore a full spectrum of postures and flows with pulses, squats and fitness movements added in. Using weights are a great way to combat osteoporosis and make for an amzaing burn, but are always optional during this class.
Perfect for when: You want to add a little extra tone to your yoga practice, you're someone who likes working out but isn't sure about yoga, or when you're up for a hybrid workout that is equal parts zen and fitness.
Goal: Get your flow on but feel a burn as if you'd hit a class at the gym.
