<p>Designed to introduce new clients to Pilates, this four-week introductory class will cover the beginner Pilates repertoire on the across the primary Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Tower/Wall Unit and Wunda Chair). Our expert instructors will also cover the essential mat exercises that underpin an at-home or on-the-road Pilates practice. With a maximum enrollment of four students, our semi private setting allows for personalized instruction and feedback in a warm, welcoming environment.</p>
