This self care focused class will incorporate; slow unwinding stretchy poses, foam rollers/balls to massage the body, and fully supported restorative poses where you allow gravity to do the work while you let go of tension, stress, anxiety. Many slef care tools may be incorporated, such as meditation, breath-work, and aromotherapy. A nice compliment to a more active practice. Recommended for everyone!
