There’s no need to let your stress escalate when you can learn how to take care of yourself and de-stress with the Feldenkrais Method. LIke many somatic movement practices, the Feldenkrais Method has a viewpoint on breathing (we recommend it!) and an interesting perspective on how your breath can actually assist your actions beyond simply keeping you alive. You’ll learn OUR answer to the question, “What’s the correct way to breathe?” and will experience greater ease, calm, and peacefulness despite the challenges that each day brings.
