<p>A low/mid impact workout that uses the aeial hammock as a tool for helping stablize the body through various movements. </p>
<p>Anyone at any level and age can do this workout. </p>
<p>This barre method focuses on strengthening the stabilizer muscles as well as stretching them to create long learn muscle. We also use proprioception to increase the loss of calories and to increase coordination and balance. </p>
<p>We aim to work our stabilizer muscles until failure and then we stretch all through out class so that we build long lean muscle. We also focus heavily on balance and proprioception which is the sense of self movement and body positioning. For a more simple term, Awareness in the body. </p>
<p>This helps to avoid injury.</p>
<p>and because it is an unstable environment working with the aerial hammock, It expends more energy then a traditional exercise thus losing more calories. </p>
