This 50 minute group class is a rigorous interval training sequence of strength endurance exercises utilizing a variety of total body conditioning that improves both strength and cardio and makes your muscles burn! It is designed to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways utilizeing a mix of free weights, resistance bands, med balls, stability balls, weighted bars, steps, BOSU balls and sleds. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. It is suited for a beginner to a fitness fanatic- as you set your own bar for how hard you want to push! People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong!
