exploratory manner with focused attention on what you feel and
sense. These lessons cultivate self-awareness and the ability to
self-correct - improving balance, flexibility, breathing and the
ability to spontaneously do what you want with precision. You will
find yourself moving with greater ease, comfort, and
efficiency.
This class is appropriate for everyone. Modifications are
offered as needed. Students of all fitness levels will benefit from
this movement practice.
