Soulful Sunday Yoga
In this Zen to Yin class we begin with a seated meditation
practice to steady the mind, reduce stress/anxiety, and promote
clarity, relaxation, grounding and presence. Then we journey into a
lengthy Yin practice to target the connective tissues of the body
with passively held poses. We enhance the body's subtle energy
system by balancing the flow of our vital life force known as prana
or qi. Leave feeling harmonious balance in your mind, body &
spirit.
