Deep Breathing~Deep Stretching~Deep Relaxation!
This candle lit class offers rejuvenating and passive poses
held for longer periods that are supported by yoga props to
generate flexibility, promote healing, and create a state of
ultimate relaxation. We will explore different styles of breathing
meditations, visualization techniques, & guided meditations.
Let your senses bask in calming scents of aromatherapy, which leave
you feeling refreshed and restored. Room temperature 80
degrees.
Yoga blocks, straps, eye pillows, sandbags and blankets will
be provided on a first come first serve basis and used for more
complete relaxation. Yoga props are suggested, but not required.
(If you already have a bolster please bring it.) Come feel your
stress & tension melt away!
