Align and Flow
In this class we will focus on exploring healthy alignment in our yoga postures and combining movement with the rhythms of the breath. Expect to increase flexibility, strength, balance and stamina with regular practice.
Types of Yoga: Vinyasa Flow, Alignment
Level: Intermediate++
Experience Needed: This class is appropriate for students with yoga experience or beginners who are athletically active. It is active and challenging at a moderate pace. Modifications are offered for beginners and those with mild restrictions.
