<div>This class the focus is on structural alignment and “squareness”. Barre is on flat based on the RAD/Cecchetti method. Exercises will be more simple with a focus on: foot articulation, standing hip alignment, spinal alignment, and proper arm shape and head placement. Center is on flat and will focus on: pointe technique adage, jumps on pointe, center balances, valse, ménage, grande waltz, for men we will also be focusing on cabrioles, and batterie. Overarching goal: Increased awareness of self and body alignment through full range of motion and material.</div>
