In just 30 minutes we will burn fat and sculpt our physique!

After a yoga style warm up, we move into yoga done at a higher intensity (fast paced).  In this class you’ll experience four powerful yoga moves with 60 seconds of work,10 seconds of rest for four rounds, or five powerful yoga poses done with 20 seconds work, 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds. You could even experience a class focused on sun salutations.  Each class cools down with yoga poses to open the body for a peaceful end to your practice.
