<p>Small Group Training is an affordable way to get personalized training sessions while benefitting from the energy of a group. Arlene (certified Personal Trainer) will provide a wide range of strength exercises, with dumbbells, stability balls, bands, and ropes. Posture and stabilization exercises will also be incorporated with bursts of cardio. Focus will be on technique, increasing strength, balance, and coordination. Consider this a Personal Training session with your friends! Each training session includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>A weekly follow up email from your trainer with the workout of the week</li>
<li>Collective goal setting</li>
<li>Maximum 8 in a class.</li>
</ul>
<p>NOTE: Payment Information when registering: You will have the option "to pay online" (if paying by credit card) or "pay in person when I visit" (if paying by etransfer and cheque). Choose the correct option based on your payment choice. Please note that all funds must be received prior to start of the class OR before midnight August 28, 2019 to receive the Early Bird Pricing. Each class is $23.99 when you buy the full session. See instructions below for cheque & e-transfer.</p>
