However, it is not the task itself, but rather the way in which we perform it, using poor posture and faulty movement patterns.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You learn some simple moves, Kelly Edwards will teach you how to do these moves step-by-step and you will be surprised at how much tension goes away, recovering some ease of movement and mobility.</span></p>
