<p>THE PRIMARY GOAL IS TO RUN A 5 KM RUN, DISTANCE MIGHT CHANGE DUE TO GROUP ADVANCEMENT. WE WILL FOCUS ON BREATHING TECHNICS AND BUILDING UP SPEED INTO OUR INTERVAL RUN/WALK IN THE FIRST FEW WEEKS. </p>
<p>FINISHING THIS CLASS IN A YOGA SESSION MADE FOR RUNNERS. THE KEY TO EFFICIENT MUSCLE FUNCTION IS TO STRETCH AND KEEP MOBILITY AT ITS FULL ABILITY. </p>
