Hatha Yoga balances and unites our practice by using physical asana as well as calming the mind, body and spirit. This class will focus on static holds of postures while finding optimal alignment for true inner wisdom to awaken. The inner wisdom and intelligence we all have is in there, we just have to access it. The modifications and options offered in this class will allow everyBODY the opportunity to open up, extend further than they thought they could, and expand more than they ever knew, physically and mentally.</p>
