This class explores poses that make up the Ashtanga Yoga
Primary Series. The Ashtanga Yoga method is a set sequence created
by Pattabhi Jois. This practice is the foundation of many
flow/vinyasa style classes which vary in sequence and poses. Class
emphasis is on the breath and alignment as students move
through poses in a mindful and flowing manner.
All levels welcome, some yoga experience recommended
