This class is a great balance of gentle movement and rest.
This class uses elements of yin and restorative yoga poses to
establish moments of stillness to calm the body and mind while
stretching out the body. Restorative and yin yoga postures use
props such as blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters to support the
body during longer holds. This class is low impact and a great way
to recharge!
