Our foundation classes differ from typical flow classes in
many ways. The pace of these classes is slower, and an emphasis is
placed on safe alignment and mindful movement during transitions
while maintaining the balance of the smooth breathing. Classes are
designed to give you everything you need to build a strong,
flexible body, cultivate breath awareness and create a peaceful,
calm mind. This class is appropriate for beginners, recovery from
illness or injury or for those who desire a more meditative
component within their practice.
