<div>In this class, the emphasis is on developing muscular strength and endurance throughout the body, focusing on the core stabilizing muscles (abs and back) and the glutes as well as additional muscle groups surrounding and assisting the midsection. We will strengthen, tone, and sculpt while also improving flexibility and balance. If you like Pilates, Yogalates, PiYo... this is the class for you. </div>
