<p>This is our traditional barre class where some of the class will be center floor and some will be on the barre! <br />Our Barre Class blends together the best of many worlds: ballet, Pilates and strength conditioning. You’ll get a comprehensive workout as you lift and tone your muscles through small, isolated movements. Our instructors will target each of your muscle groups to the point of exhaustion and then stretch those muscles in a way that promotes long, lean growth instead of bulk. Each Barre Class is typically broken into four blocks: upper body, leg work, booty and core. Utilize light weights, exercise balls, resistance bands and the ballet barre to strengthen and tone the body. Exercise is accompanied by music and a final stretch. Classes are traditionally done barefoot or with socks.<br />* This class is recommended for beginners or people that have never taken barre but is not mandatory!</p>
