Our Prenatal series is practiced in a calm, tranquil
environment with an open community for questions. The practice is
designed to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, improve
circulation and bring a deeper awareness of your body and your
baby’s. Yoga props are used for support and every practice ends
with relaxation and meditation. If you are a mom to be and want to
keep your practice up but are concerned about practicing hot yoga,
this is just right for you! Pre-registration is required.
