50 minute full body reformer workout. Our Reformer All Levels Classes vary between classical and contemporary style Pilates depending on the instructor. This allows our Members to get the most out of the amazing Pilates reformer. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. Our reformer classes have a maximum of 5 clients. This ensures each client is receiving the best possible instruction and no one gets left behind.
We recomend all new members take atleast 1 Reformer Essentials class before signing up for this class.
