<div>Teenagers and "tweens" can have a lot of stress in their life that impact their self-confidence, concentration, grades, and healthy habits. Yoga obviously offers physical benefits, but also incorporates mindfulness, breathing, and meditation practices that can carry with teens into adulthood. This workshop will give teens and tweens the space to learn these strategies, as well as let go and have fun! There is an adult class offered at the same time for parents to take a class!</div>
