Give yourself the gift of restorative yoga! In this practice,
the body is completely supported through the use of props to allow
for total relaxation of the nervous system. The practice permits us
to move away from our stress-filled “fight, flight, freeze” mode so
we can shift into our “rest and digest” mode, calming our nervous,
digestive and immune systems. This two-hour workshop is limited to
