<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice that allows your body to release to create more space for opportunity. When we quiet our minds and allow our bodies to be supported in stillness, we can manifest more possibility in our minds and lives.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this Restorative Yoga 101 Series, students will learn to utilize bolsters and blankets to experience deeper muscle release, various breath techniques, and the use of mantras to become more present in the quieter moments on the mat and in life. Each student will leave with a deeper understanding of how to support their unique physical bodies and tools to access peace and restfulness through breath and mantras to access ease in everyday situations more naturally. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This series is customized for yogis who usually practice power vinyasa and want to access a deeper awareness of presence and relaxing with what is and balance and enhance their active vinyasa practice. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Space is extremely limited for customized attention for each student and to ensure each student has ample props. Save your spot asap!</span></p>

<p>What to bring:<br /><span style="font-weight: 400;">--Wear comfortable clothing for a restful and non-heated yoga practice. <br />--A hand towel (for light support)<br />--water bottle<br /><br />No sweat zone:<br />--Please wear fresh clothing to preserve our beautfiul props for all to use! If you come from a sweaty practice or work out, please bring an extra change of clothes. This will help you relax best.<br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Please let us know if do not like lavender oil. The teacher may use at the end of practice. </span></p>
