<div>Step into Fall with Hope Neely, AYLT, E-RYT 200. This workshop will focus on staying connected to the earth and generating heat in the body to balance the energy of the changing seasons. This grounding practice includes basic to intermediate asana (physical yoga practice), pranayama (breathing technique), and meditation. This grounding practice will leave you with a calm mind and body, present with the beauty of the fall season.
<p>Hope teaches effective, easy-to-practice, alignment-based yoga blended with philosophical teachings. Yoga teachers and students of all levels will benefit from modifications and variations that will make this practice accessible for everybod. Limited (optional) partner work will be offered to help you learn these techniques.</p>
