<p>Are you interested in trying yoga, but don't know where to start? Justine's <strong>Intro to Yoga Series </strong><strong>Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm</strong> will start from the beginning - the breath - and then progress systematically through many accessible yoga postures, including standing postures, seated postures, reclining postures, and flows with the breath. Justine provides a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere for new practitioners to explore the beginning of their practice.</p>
<p class="blue_italics">This class is for all shapes, sizes, levels of strength, and levels of flexibility. <strong>You don't have to already be flexible to practice yoga!</strong></p>
<p>Unlike a usual yoga class, these workshop-style classes will encourage participants to "speak out" and ask questions about the postures and how they feel in their bodies, and participants will also learn modifications to each posture to help it feel good in their own body.</p>
<p>By the end of the series, participants should feel confident to attend regular drop in classes, be familiar with the kinds of postures that are offered in the various styles of classes at Ananda Yoga, and also have the knowledge to start developing a short home practice.</p>
