<p>This in studio class is mixed level is a perfect blend between Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. In the first 30 minutes, you will be inspired by flowing poses to warm up your body and shed unwanted stress and tension. Using props and supported poses, the last 30 minutes will help you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to completely "relax and renew".</p>
<p>Class size is limited to maintain safe social distancing. Please bring your own mat and props. A block and a blanket (or household objects similar in size) are recommended. Please wash and/or sanitize your hand upon entering the studio. Masks are required in the studio while in the boutique/waiting area and can be removed once you are on your mat. </p>
