Stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Ongoing, chronic stress, can lead to health problems such as depression, anxiety, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, weight gain, heart attacks and stroke, to name a few.
In this class you will be guided through gentle/basic grounding yoga poses to help prepare you to be relaxed and open to hypnosis. Hypnosis can help with stress management by getting you into a deeply relaxed state, fighting tension and triggering your relaxation response. It can also help you make lifestyle changes that can reduce the amount of stress you encounter in life.
