AcroYoga is a great way to build strength & resilience. We don't lift weights we lift PEOPLE! Taking AcroYoga classes streamed online we ask that you have taken our Beginner AcroYoga class and/or have had experience with AcroYoga. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our staff. We ask you have a team of 3 people for the duration of class to ensure the safely of your entire team.
You will learn the foundational principles of basing, flying, and spotting. AcroYoga is a partner based yoga and acrobatic pratice. Naturally with acroyoga, the class will also address the themes of trust, support, communication & team work. Students will develop new skills in their body and new perspectives in their mind.
