<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a class made for those new to yoga! You will learn about the basics of common yoga postures (standing and on the floor), proper alignment, and breathwork. This course can also serve as a wonderful refresher course for those yogis who have been off their mats for a while.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Our instructor Amy is knowledgeable, experienced, and fun. She is able to look at each student as an individual and help you modify the posture to make it work best for you. Have fun!</span></p>
