<p><strong>Body Language </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">is the process of understanding the communications that our physical body offers us through discomfort. Emotions and traumas are held at a cellular level. When held long enough they can manifest into physical challenge. When we are aware of an ache, pain or area of dis-ease in our body as a communication to learn from, we can heal ourselves, sometimes instantaneously.</span></p>
<p><strong>Restoring Power</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> is a restorative-oriented class that will invigorate your mind and body through breath, slow movement and deep stretches. By holding the asanas for several minutes, you will gain access to the deep layers of connective tissues in the body, preparing the body and mind for a deeper experience in meditation. This class is accessible to all levels. Use of props such as blocks, blankets and bolsters are encouraged.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">While engaging in restorative movements, Karen will share the potential and various lessons your body is communicating to you. While you are holding the extended asanas, awareness of your personal story will open to you. Karen will offer affirmations to bring lightness to all your challenged areas so you can communicate back to your body with loving and healing kindness. </span></p>
