<p>This is a short 40 min. class which is designed to make Yoga accessible for people who can't easily get up and down to the floor. You will learn how to practice yoga with the support and stability of a chair. This Yoga class helps improve balance and proprioception, Increases core strength and gives a good stretch. We also practice breath work in this class that increases lung capacity and helps with stress reduction and clear thinking!</p>
