Wednesday evenings in September Charlotte Morgan will be leading a basic, yet fully asana filled, wall series. This series is created to give you the ability to guide yourself through a simple asana session when practicing on your own. Wall yoga can be done with little to no props or space, perfect for an at home practice or when traveling. This series may also allow you to reach a deeper and more personal level of relaxation.
Open to all levels.
