This Fly Flow class is a power flow aerial yoga class. Flying Fitness' Fly Flow Method, incorporates several flexibility techniques to obtain a permanent, sustainable, and non painful way of becoming FLEXIBLE and OPEN. Along with the use of flexibility techniques, we focus on meditation by using affirmations, our 3rd eye, and mudras to enhance our meditative mind.
