The yoga wall was designed to serve as a tool or prop to assist the yogi into various yoga poses. The wall helps the student find the proper alignment. Once the student feels the pose as it should be using the wall, the student will then move to the mat to practice the pose without the assistance of the wall. This class is designed to help the student gain the 'felt' experience of true alignment using the yoga wall so that the student can then take that felt experience to the mat. The memory of the felt wall experience will empower the student to grow and strengthen their Vinyasa practice in a measurable way. The class will begin on the wall to warm the student to the poses. Then, the class will move to the floor for the vinyasa flow portion of class. Finally the students will move back to the wall for a final restorative pose.
