- Traditional style Karate modified to meet the unique, individual needs incorporating a traditional opening of class, warm-up, karate basics (punches, blocks, kicks), kiai (sound of empowerment), self defense basics (time permitting), potential for partner work and karate drills, ending with a cool down and a traditional closing to the class.
