Though Qigong has a great deal of mystique about it, at its core, it is straightforward and simple. This can be demonstrated by the name Qigong was named in the oldest of times, Tu Na.

Tu Nas refers to Exhale/Inhale, or Conscious Breathing. This in contrast to the stressful habituated breathing as seen in today's modern societies, whose Breathing Mechanics continually stimulate additional human stress.

In this workshop, the participant will be allowed to experience how Conscious Breathing, with proper and Breathing Mechanics, can shift awareness to the human innate healing potential for emotional and physical health. We will then have a brief guided energetic healing journey using Conscious Intention to activate specific vibrations to help activate this powerful healing potential.

The workshop will illustrate and review the Western Medical understanding of Emotional and Physical Stress from the perspective of a Qigong Master. This will include a more thorough understanding of the Automonic Nervous Systm, the Fight/Flight system and its counterpart, Rest/Digest/Heal and how their enervation is affected by Conscious Breathing. Also, we will explore how to use the body's vibration system, using the human voice, to combine Conscious Breathing and a unique vibrational toool to reduce emotion stress.

Our hope is that these new life skill sets, can begin to shift your awarenss fro a stressful state of being, too one of Concious Awareness, to better deal with stress in a chaotic world.
