The first 30 minutes you get the simplicty of the traditional Sun Salutation A, Sun Salutation B, and Sun Salutation C. Once your body is awake, we shift into YOGA WALL for the juicy side bends, supported backbands, downward dog, with the options of going upside down and closing with bridge and neck traction.</p>
