The PBWF Pole Fitness Training System.
Join us for 5 weeks of structured training on how to learn
beginner pole tricks, condition for the BAR, enjoy free time for
independent practice, and witness measurable results upon testing
out. This level is often the initial level to join, unless you have
prior pole fitness experience and can prove competency in these
tricks. Must be a 90 day program participant.
IN STUDIO REGISTRATION SIGNUP IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SERIES.
This program is subject to co-ed participation.
The BAR Novice experience can be repeated with proper credits.
