The PBWF Pole Fitness Training System. Join us for 5 weeks of
structured training on how to learn
BAR Pro level pole tricks, condition for the BAR, enjoy free time
for independent practice, and witness measurable results upon
testing out. This level is composed of learning how to climb the
pole and introducing the student to moves such as inverts and basic
holds. Must be a 90 day program participant and have successfully
passed Intermediary BAR or have proven equivalent experience.
This program is subject to co-ed participation. The BAR Pro experience can be repeated with proper credits. In order to support the successful progression of each student, registration is not permitted beyond week 2 of the series.
