Join a supportive community of other mothers as you explore yoga postures and breath work to help strengthen and stabilize your amazing postpartum body. We’ll focus on pregnancy and delivery recovery, rebuilding strength and control in your core and pelvic floor, closing diastasis recti, correcting postural alignment, and relieving back and neck pain. Postnatal yoga is also a great way to increase your energy and stamina, as well as teach you how to manage stress and anxiety. </span></p>
<p class="m_-5392184522534331426p1"><span class="m_-5392184522534331426s1">Your baby is welcome to accompany you to this class and can even be included in your practice. Join us when you have been cleared by your doctor (usually 4-6 weeks postpartum) and practice with us until your baby starts toddling and needs to be chased around the room.</span></p>
