HIIT Flow with Amy Whoa!
Kick off your weekend with a music-driven, energy boost/calorie burn in our 45 minute HIIT Flow! We get the party started with a 10 minute warm-up flow, followed by 25 minutes of high intensity/low impact moves created to enhance your traditional Power Flow classes. A combination of body weight, small hand weights, and resistance bands in a series of exercise intervals will leave you sweaty and empowered. We’ll finish off with a 10 minute cool down and savasana.
